Important Notice! New Poland Shopping & Delivery Address

We would like to bring you news of an abrupt change to our Polish warehouse address ahead of its introduction on the 1st of July 2021. Extreme circumstances have made it necessary for our Poland team to move locations, though the proximity of the new warehouse to the old should make this a smooth and easy transition.

We hope that the short notice of this announcement is not too inconvenient, rest assured that there is an appropriate overlapping period where parcels can be received in both locations to facilitate the smooth transition of operations from the old location to the new.

It is important to take note of these key dates below where an overlap allows for parcels to be received in both locations, our old address and new. We do advise customers to begin using the new address as soon as they can to avoid any unnecessary complications.

Any package delivered to our new address from Thursday 1st of July 2021 will be considered a Parcel according to our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SPECIFIC ON-LINE SALE SERVICES TERMS published on our website.

Parcels will continue to be received and transferred from the old Poland Delivery Address until Friday 16th of July 2021. Packages delivered after 16th of July 2021 to the old address cannot be guaranteed that will be recovered by us and these packages will not be considered Parcels according to our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SPECIFIC ON-LINE SALE SERVICES TERMS published on our website, art. 3.2 (1) (i) and 3.10 (2) (ii) and we will not be able to accept any responsibilities for such a package.
